A VEFA (Off-Plan Sale) is a contract that allows you to become a homeowner as construction progresses. To do so, you make installment payments according to a payment schedule set by Villes et Villages. Upon signing the reservation contract, Villes et Villages commits to reserving a new property for you in exchange for a security deposit to secure your purchase.

Buying off-plan in Le Cheylas at the BEAUVILLAGE residence means enjoying a brand-new home with new materials and fixtures. You can customize your property by selecting your preferred features during a visit to our showroom. Buyer-initiated modifications (TMA) are available to make technical changes. These requests are subject to certain conditions and may incur additional costs.

How do I become a homeowner?
You become the owner of your apartment in Le Cheylas as soon as you sign the notarized deed of sale at the notary’s office, and then as construction progresses and payment calls are issued. As part of the off-plan sale (VEFA), Villes et Villages prepares a tentative payment schedule, which is included in the deed of sale. The final payment is made upon delivery of the property.

Welcome home
Villes et Villages will send you a notice by certified mail specifying the date and time of delivery. This will be the final visit. You will receive the keys and can finally enjoy your new home in Cheylas, Isère.
Upon delivery, you will inspect your apartment in the presence of the developer to ensure it complies with the signed contract. If any defects are found, you should file a formal complaint. These will be noted in the inspection report. You will then have an additional month to report any issues. We have one year to address them.
