Delivery
This is the final inspection and key handover. You will be notified by certified mail of a specific date and time at least one month before the delivery date. It’s finally time to take possession of the property and enjoy the Alpine peaks.
Handover is an important step. In the presence of the developer, you will conduct an inspection of your home to ensure it complies with your purchase agreement. You will be given a handover report. However, you have an additional month to report any defects.
