A VEFA is a sales contract signed with Villes et Villages. You become the owner by making installment payments according to a payment schedule established by Villes et Villages. You therefore purchase your home as it is being built.

Villes et Villages will send you a notice by certified mail specifying the date and time of the handover of your unit in the ALTIMA development in Savoie. This is the final inspection of the property and the handover of the keys to your new apartment.
In the presence of your developer, you will be able to verify that the property complies with the signed contract and, if necessary, raise any concerns, which will be recorded in the handover report. You then have one month to report any additional defects, which Villes et Villages undertakes to address and resolve within one year of handover.
