Under a VEFA contract, Villes et Villages establishes a tentative payment schedule, which is included in the deed of sale. You pay the final installment upon delivery.

Delivery

This is the final inspection and key handover. You will finally have access to your new home. To let you know the date and time of the handover, Villes et Villages will send you a notice by certified mail.

Upon delivery, you will verify, in the presence of Villes et Villages, that everything complies with the signed contract. In the event of defects, the process is clearly defined. You may file a formal objection, which will be recorded in a written report. You have an additional month to report any other defects. We have one year to resolve them.
