A VEFA contract allows you to become a homeowner as construction progresses, by making installment payments according to a schedule established by Villes et Villages. Upon signing a reservation contract, Villes et Villages agrees to reserve a new home for you in exchange for a security deposit to secure your purchase.

Services and Work
Buying a pre-construction property in Archamps guarantees that you’ll enjoy a brand-new home in terms of materials, finishes, and amenities. You can choose your desired features by visiting our showroom to customize your property. You can go a step further with buyer-initiated modifications (TMA) for technical changes. These requests are subject to certain conditions and incur additional fees.
When you purchase a pre-construction home from Villes et Villages, you can be sure it meets the strictest construction standards, including RE 2020. Our developments also carry the NF Habitat certification. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest possible quality of life.
Become a homeowner
You become the legal owner on the day the notarized deed of sale is signed at the notary’s office, and then as construction progresses and payment calls are issued. Under the VEFA program, Villes et Villages establishes a tentative payment schedule, which is included in the deed of sale. You pay the final installment upon delivery.

Delivery
Villes et Villages will send you a notice by certified mail to inform you of the date and time of delivery. This is the final visit, during which the keys will be handed over. You will then be able to enjoy your new home.
At the time of delivery, you should inspect your apartment in the presence of your developer to ensure it complies with the signed contract. If you notice any defects, this is also the time to raise any concerns, which will be recorded in the inspection report. You have an additional month to report any issues to us. We have one year to address them.
