The handover of your apartment
Villes et Villages will send you a notice by certified mail specifying the date and time of delivery. This step marks the final inspection and the handover of the keys, at which point you can finally enjoy your new home.
At the time of delivery, you will inspect your apartment in the presence of your developer to ensure it complies with the signed contract. If any defects are found, you may file a formal complaint, which will be recorded in the inspection report. You have an additional month to report any further issues, and Villes et Villages has one year to carry out the necessary repairs.
