Delivery
Villes et Villages will send you a registered letter with a notice specifying the date and time of the handover of your unit at the LE CARRÂ residence in Haute-Savoie. This will be an opportunity to conduct a final inspection and receive the keys to your new property.
At the time of delivery, in the presence of your developer, you will verify that your apartment complies with the signed contract. If any defects are found, you may file a formal complaint, which will be noted in the inspection report. You have an additional month to report any issues, and we have one year to address them.
