Construction has just begun on the LE DUO and LE TRIO residential complexes, both located in sought-after neighborhoods of Thonon-les-Bains.
Two residential complexes, LE DUO and LE TRIO soon LE TRIO built in Thonon-les-Bains and are scheduled for completion in thefirst quarter of 2025 for the former and thesecond quarter of 2025 for the latter.
For LE DUO, earthwork and the construction of retaining structures are currently underway. The crane that will be used to erect the building itself is scheduled to arrive in October. As for LE TRIO, the necessary demolition of an existing building has been completed, and earthwork and retaining structure construction are also underway. The crane will be on site as early as September.
For LE DUO, the earthwork was contracted to Léman TP, a company based in Excenevex, and for LE TRIO, demolition and earthwork are being handled by MCM TP of Thonon-les-Bains.
