Construction on the BEAUVILLAGE residential complex BEAUVILLAGE Cheylas continues to move forward. After several weeks devoted to preparatory work and earthwork, this phase is now complete. The recent installation of two cranes marks the start of structural work, an important milestone in the project’s development.
55 apartments for first-time homebuyers
Located in the town center, this new real estate development calls for the construction of 84 housing units spread across several buildings. Of these, 55 apartments will be offered for home ownership. The project was designed in accordance with current environmental requirements and meets the criteria of the RE2020 regulations.

In addition to the construction of housing units, the project includes several outdoor amenities. Landscaped areas will be created, along with a playground for children. The project also calls for the creation of a public park, which will be transferred to the municipality upon completion of the work.
