An incredible success for Glisse en Cœur! With €873,416 in donations raised, the event has broken the previous record. A huge thank you to all the partners who contributed to this success.
We’ve reached our goal of raising over €864,578! Villes et Villages is proud to have taken part in the 17th edition of Glisse en Cœur in Le Grand-Bornand, which, true to tradition, made the event a resounding success. This year set a record with €873,416 in donations raised. Thanks to the generosity of all participants, this outpouring of solidarity continues to make a real difference.

By supporting the Villes et Villages team, our partners helped organize an exceptional fundraiser for Ma Chance Moi Aussi, a Chambery-based nonprofit dedicated to combating social determinism in neighborhoods. “A victory over the unacceptable, intolerable stagnation of social indicators in France’s 1,500 priority neighborhoods,” in the words of André Payerne, president and founder. Not to mention that five other organizations joined this main cause: Le petit monde d’Ugo, Les Pâtes au Beurre, Loisirs Assis Evasion, Quiberon Infiniment Solidaire, and Williams France.

Exceptional
This is a significant victory: for the first time since 2023, not only was the fundraising goal for the main cause met, but the record was surpassed by nearly 10,000 euros. By choosing, for the first time, to support a social cause—the Children’s Endowment Fund, the umbrella organization for Glisse en Cœur—it has achieved a feat that brings immense hope, given the current economic climate and the turbulence of today’s world.
