With the earthwork and retaining wall phases now complete, construction on our two new developments in Thonon, LE DUO and LE TRIO, is nearly halfway done. The cranes that have just arrived mark the start of an important new phase of construction. They will enable us to pour the slabs and erect the walls and roof. These steps will ensure the buildings are weatherproof and airtight by the scheduled dates: in thefirst quarter of 2024 for LE DUO and thesecond quarter of 2024 for LE TRIO
Off-Plan Sales and Construction Schedule
A VEFA (off-plan sale) allows you to purchase a property off-plan when it is being marketed by a real estate developer. The apartment (or house) is thus reserved and purchased even before construction begins. The developer commits to delivering the property within the timeframe specified in the contract and to providing the features advertised. A detailed payment schedule sets out the percentage of payments to be made as construction progresses, typically spread over an average of two years (5% upon signing the deed of sale, 10% upon completion of the foundation, 10% upon completion of the weatherproofing phase, followed by the airtight phase, etc.).
