The Ô Port residential complex is nearing completion

Construction on the Ô’PORT residential complex in Amphion-les-Bains will soon be complete! The apartments will be ready for occupancy in October, and buyers are invited to the “pre-finishing walkthrough” in March.

Buyers of apartments in the Ô’PORT residence will be able to move in this October. As of now, Building D, which is the furthest along in construction, has completed the tiling work. In Buildings A, B, and C, partition walls are currently being installed. “Partition wall tours” with our clients will take place throughout the month of March. This is a key moment in a pre-construction purchase, as it marks the first on-site visit to the apartment. The layout, the flow through the spaces, the views from the various windows: everything comes to life!

The unique features of the construction site

One of the unique aspects of this project is that, because the development is located on the lakeshore, the entire basement floor had to be waterproofed (using a crystallization process). The building furthest along in construction showcases the various material choices, notably cast-in-place concrete (which offers excellent sound insulation), aluminum joinery for the sliding doors, and natural wood siding for the loggias and attics. The stone-clad basements, soon to be visible, echo the nearby Cité de l’eau. All these elements reflect a commitment to quality and sustainability in material selection and ensure a harmonious integration with the existing buildings.
