Glisse en Cœur doesn’t start until March 22, but the countdown has already begun with a fundraising drive in which Villes et Villages is participating. Now the leading mountain charity event, Glisse en Cœur is based on a unique concept: a fundraising campaign lasting several months and culminating in a three-day event to benefit a children’s cause, featuring a snow marathon (a 24-hour relay ski race), numerous activities, a charity dinner, and a major benefit concert. Three days of generosity and solidarity bringing together celebrities and everyday people alike.

The fundraising drive is already underway. Villes et Villages Créations this initiative and is participating with two teams. Together, let’s help make this humanitarian and charitable endeavor a success. The goal is to reach 800,000 euros by March 24! Charities, businesses, friends, customers, partners, and employees—everyone can participate. It couldn’t be simpler. Just form a team andsign up! Each runner and each team will then have an online fundraising page. To take on this challenge, you’ll need to reach out to your networks, launch as many initiatives as possible, encourage your friends and family to donate, and participate in the Relais des Neiges.

Skate for a Cause to Benefit the Alpysia Association
This year, the Children’s Endowment Fund has chosen to support the Alpysia association (Alliance for Cerebral Palsy in the Alps). Alpysia provides practical solutions to help people with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities live with and among others. The donations collected will primarily be used to help renovate the children’s facilities at the Institut Guillaume Belluard in Annecy.

Solidarity and generosity are core to our values. It is therefore only natural that Villes et Villages Créations Glisse en Cœur and participates in its efforts.
